It's mainly a solvent for all ingredients that swipe left to oils but loves to get some and dissolve in water. Once inside the skin, water protec because it hydrates. From the outside, water attac. But most importantly, putting water on the skin is drying. You can now say bye to your long baths! Or not. It's your life, do what makes you happy; just don't blame us. One more thing. The water used in products such as cosmetics is purified and deionized. That just means that almost all of the mineral ions inside it are removed. With this, the products can stay more stable over time, like your mental health, without all the impurities.
